"In today's world of terrible customer service, OWF has been a shining example of what to do!

They returned my calls, they sent a qualified expert out, he emailed me right away with an estimate, dropped off a sample of optional floor choices, his office got in touch with me numerous times to confirm the details. The work crew showed up early, finished early and checked that I was happy with the clean up. Deposit invoice and final payment/invoice arrived at an appropriate time for my schedule (and they were super patient with the delay of a bank check being mailed to them). The only thing missing at this point is the office calling to make sure I'm good with everything - but you know what? they sent an email saying they'd check back after I've had a chance to sit with my floors for a couple days. THAT's how you do it.

"This company truly exhibits top-notch professionalism. They thoroughly explained the process, handed me a little presentation folder with an outline/schedule of the various phases of the project, and the office staff and onsite crew were all so friendly and pleasant to speak with. They were always prompt and they did everything they said they would do. My hardwood floors were installed professionally and the outcome was exactly what I'd hoped for. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my real estate clients with flooring needs. A+++"
